I can provide the following services :
MARKET AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Studies on the African markets and feasibility study taking into account the real needs, the credibility of an installation of an official system of distribution (as a replacement of an informal distribution network).
Positioning of one or several products to be exported or manufactured and marketed on the spot. Thorough analysis of the needs, local or international competition, and possible expansion notably on the markets of her under area, of the distribution, average marketing....
ESTABLISHMENT OF PRODUCTION UNIT
According to specifications predefined with the company:
Negotiations with the appropriate authorities to obtain the authorizations or licenses for creation of the production site, manufacture, marketing, export, …
Negotiations with the appropriate authorities to obtain help or opportunities within the framework of legislation in place to encourage the investors deprived in the country (exempting from taxation, obtaining of long term visas or residents permits for exiled staff,...)
Study for a geographical localization of the production site in adequacy with the various parameters contained in the specifications (sourcing a convenient locality for supplies, subcontractors, secure environment,..)
Search of grounds for the construction of the site or for likely existing buildings to shelter the site.
Launching invitation to tender for the construction or the rehabilitation of building. Follow-up of work and reception.
Reception of materials, tools... at the port. Transfer to the production site and follow-up of installation.
To draw up a short list of the staff engaged locally.
SEARCH FOR IMPORTERS AND PRODUCT MARKETING
Prospection and selection of serious and reliable importers. Negotiation of distribution or exclusive contracts. Commercial and marketing support for the installation of product marketing.

I am able to bring my know-how within the framework of a training of mobility, expatriation and of relocation for Africa to bring counsel and assistance to companies in a phase of international mobility (Africa) or relocation.
TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONNEL
I am able to intervene in the various phases of the relocation of personnel, the integration of collaborators and family into a new social and professional environment, considering the logistics and human aspects (intercultural training, re-letting, installation in Africa, assistance at first to the expatriation...)

Etudes sur les marchés africains et étude de faisabilité en prenant en compte les besoins réels, la crédibilité d'une mise en place d'un système de distribution officiel (en remplacement d'un circuit de distribution informel).
Positionnement du ou des produits à exporter ou à fabriquer et commercialiser sur place. Analyse approfondie des besoins, de la concurrence locale ou internationale, de l'expansion possible notamment sur les marchés de la sous région, de la distribution, des moyens marketing,….
IMPLANTATION D'UNITE DE PRODUCTION
Suivant un cahier des charges prédéfini avec l'entreprise:
- Négociations au plus haut niveau avec les autorités compétentes pour l'obtention des autorisations ou licences pour création du site de production, pour la fabrication, la commercialisation, l'exportation,…
- Négociations avec les autorités compétentes pour l'obtention d'aides ou facilités dans le cadre des législations en place pour encourager les investisseurs privés dans le pays (défiscalisation, obtention de visas long séjour ou cartes de séjours pour le personnel expatrié,…)
- Etude pour une localisation géographique du site de production en adéquation avec les différents paramètres contenus dans le cahier des charges (proximité des sources d'approvisionnements, de sous-traitants, environnement sécurisé,…)
- Recherche de terrains pour la construction du site ou de bâtiments existants susceptibles d'abriter le site.
- Lancement d'appels d'offre pour la construction ou la réhabilitation de bâtiment. Suivi des travaux et réception.
- Réception des matériels, outillages,… au port. Transfert sur le site de production et suivi de l'installation
- Présélection du personnel embauché localement.
RECHERCHE D'IMPORTATEUR ET MISE PLACE DE LA COMMERCIALISATION
Prospection et sélection d'importateurs sérieux et fiables. Négociation de contrats de distribution ou d'exclusivité. Soutien commercial et marketing pour la mise en place de la commercialisation des produits.

1.Commercialisation de produits vers l'Afrique:
- Produits alimentaires: Riz et sucre,…
- Produits non alimentaires : Ciment, bitume, urée, matériels informatiques,...
2.Commercialisation de produits africains
- Bois, ferraille, poudre de fer, …
Pour la commercialisation de ces produits, j'interviens comme intermédiaire ou facilitateur d'affaires en assurant une prise de contact entre le vendeur et l'acheteur, un suivi technique et financier des dossiers de façon à protéger les intérêts des deux parties et surtout assurer la bonne fin des transactions.
FORMATION EN MOBILITE INTERNATIONALE
Je peux apporter mon savoir-faire dans le cadre d'une formation en mobilité, d'expatriation et de relocation pour l'Afrique pour apporter du conseil et de l'assistance aux entreprises en phase de mobilité internationale (Afrique) ou de délocalisation.
FORMATION ET ASSISTANCE AUX PERSONNELS EXPATRIES
Je peux intervenir dans les différentes phases de la mobilité d'une entreprise, de l'intégration de ses collaborateurs salariés et de leur famille dans un nouvel environnement social et professionnel, en prenant en compte les aspects logistiques et humains (formation interculturelle, relocation, installation en Afrique, assistance au départ à l'expatriation,…)
